Six....days of gratefulness!

This girl has been busy.....getting ready for my trip to Maui, my Origami Owl team meeting and cleaning the house and cabin.  So....I am behind a bit.  Today I am going to be making up for 6 days of grateful posts!

1. I am grateful for.....my Grandma Grace.  She taught me from a very early age to love crafts!  She made everything...and the most delicious soft sugar cookies.  Most all of our gifts were darling handmade goodies she came up with.  I'm taking this yarn with me to Maui to teach another designer how to crochet.  We will have fun learning a new pattern together!
2. I am grateful for fond memories of Hawaii.  My girlfriend Kim and I went to Hawaii after we graduated from High School.  What fun we had.....and I still remember wearing Wicked Wahine perfume.  I found this bottle in my house the other day....it still smells the same after all of these years!
3. I'm also grateful for my husband who bought me this beautiful ring for Christmas.  He told me I am the center stone and the two stones next to me are my Daddy~Boy and Him keeping me safe.  How precious!
4. I have so much to be grateful for....so here goes.....I am so grateful I have another day with my precious Davidson!
5. The 5th thing I have to be grateful for is my Mama, who always threw me the BEST Birthday parties!
6. 
   Lastly, I am grateful for Palm Trees....they are so beautiful and I know I will be seeing a lot of them in Maui!    ta....ta....for now, Kathy
